Having panuch is one of the most problems that men and women hate having it and always complains about it and the meaning of having it has many reason and it could be a disease or something. Today, i will write for you the best way to get rid of it and in a healthy way! 1- Avoid crap food and fast food 2- Avoid Pepsi and Coca 3- Eat less sugar and salts, better dont eat them or put them in your food 4- on breakfast eat Yoghurt and jam and cheese 5- walk a lot 6- dont sit for too much time in your house 7- do some activites 8- workout in your home 9- sleep early and enough hours. 10- dont eat in late time " best time is on 4 PM or 5 PM maximum" 11- Avoid food who contains fats 12- Avoid much Calories Having paunch may cause bad disease as Diabetes Thank you for reading 🙂 Wait for more healthy topics for building a healthy body
