To day We will talk about a nice Diet forl Lose weight with some Exercises
This diet will depend on your effort ;)

Lets start ...
The Strategy in eat:
Breakfast : A cup of milk and after an hour eat toast (only one)
lunch: Befor lunch you can drink a litre of water and eat normaly with reduce the amount of food ;)
the dinner : eat an apple and milk then drink Green tea

The Exercises :
Its Easy ;) you can do Abdominal Exercise ( the Classic)
you can start at first day with 10 then after three days 20 then after two days 30 and etc ...
